No matter how cooking-challenged you may be in your personal life, we have all at one time or another operated an oven at some point. The convection oven is the harbinger of even fancier new-wave technology such as the halogen oven that takes the general concept one step further. So gone are the boring times when you simply put a stagnant piece of meat in an oven to roast for several hours, there are many innovative improvements to oven options and a resulting plethora of new tastes.
