If you have to move around in your cubicle area, then I would recommend getting the latter because it offers the most mobility.

Even though you may not notice it, you’ll need to make constant little movements throughout the day in order to keep your balance. This will get your body working and burning calories. It can also help to improve your balance in your body as a whole over time. Lastly, it will really work out your core abdominal muscles, helping you to have a stronger core area.
