How to lose belly fat? Question that a lot of people ask and here with this article i will give you the answer. But first before choosing one of the best workout routines for you, you should start with choosing a healthy diet, because you cannot stored fat if you continuously take more and more.

Here are some of the chosen workouts to reduce the belly fat:

1. Cardio Exercises like Jogging, Walking, Swimming, etc.

While many of us believe that sit ups are the best option to work out the fat on the stomach area, the real fact is that cardio exercises such as walking & swimming target the entire body weight as a whole and that is why these are quite effective. Other cardio exercises that are helpful in reducing the fat deposits are crunches, etc. To begin with one should start jogging around 3-4 times every week. This increases your metabolic rate and burns the excess calories. Interestingly, dancing is also a good option to reduce excess weight as it is also a cardio exercise.

2. Side Bend

It is perhaps the simplest of the stomach exercises. You must stand straight with the feet placed slightly apart, almost the shoulder width. Now bend the knees a little. Next, slowly lower the whole upper body towards right. Now come back in the center. Then bend the whole upper body towards left. Here, you must remember that you have to lean towards the sides, not forward & backwards.

3. Torso Twist

This set is to be followed by the earlier set that is the side bend. Stand upright with your feet placed part at the shoulder width. Now twist the upper body slowly towards one side. Then do the same towards another side. The idea is to twist the torso, not the hips. The oblique muscles in this case must twist; the ides is not just going side to side. Also the upper body must keep straight through out.

In fact, if you do a lot of situps and increase the size of your abs it will push the belly fat outwards which will make the problem appear worse. If you want to get a six pack then situps are a good exercise but if you want to learn how to lose belly fat then they definitely aren’t.

You also need to remember that you can’t “spot train”. This means that there is no such thing as an exercise that reduces the amount of belly fat you have while leaving the rest of your body fat alone. You have to do aerobic exercise that reduces the total fat on your whole body as it isn’t possible to focus fat loss on a specific area. A lot of people make the mistake of thinking that because you can train specific muscles of the body with certain exercises you can burn fat at certain points of the body but unfortunately this isn’t true.

Getting rid of belly fat for good is all about consistency. You need to come up with an exercise regime that allows you to burn calories and get fitter on a regular basis. It’s often better to split up your exercise sessions into smaller chunks. For example, going to the gym for half an hour three times a week is probably going to work better in the long run than a single weekly session of an hour and a half.

It’s also important to remember that you should vary your exercise routine as much as possible. If you stick with the same routine then your body will become used to it and you’ll also get bored of it. It’s much better to mix pup your aerobic exercises.
