Printed Resealable Plastic Bags
Printed resealable plastic bags can be fantastic packaging to use if you are in the retail business. I, for one, am totally sold on the idea of buying products that are in printed bags and I will often choose that over buying an item that is less easily distinguishable. Why? There are several reasons I prefer to do this.
First of all, I appreciate being able to see at a glance what product is in which bag. For a while I was fermenting my own wine, and time and again I would choose the fermentation products and chemicals that were packaged in printed bags because it simplified the whole process and I made it so much easier to choose what was needed without searching through dozens of resealable bags each time.
Of course, it was fairly smart of the small brewery shop to package items in this way, as they also included their logo, phone number and address. Thus any time I needed to reorder supplies, I knew I would be able to find their contact information immediately. It worked well not only in my being able to find their contact details and reorder from them, but friends would often pick them up and note down the details too. Great advertising!
If you are selling something, putting it inside a printed resealable plastic bag makes it instantly look so much more professional and attractive and adds to the overall value of the items just by virtue of how they appear. So if you want a professional presentation, choose to print on your bag rather than using either a plain colored, or a transparent bag.
In fact, you can take it one step further and say that in actuality printed resealable plastic bags can actually be a part of the branding process for your company. They are reusable and as such will be seen again and again, each time they are used.
If you are faced with the choice whether to print or not print on your resealable plastic bags, be sure to choose to print–both sides is best, as that way you will be sure that whoever uses the bag will see your company name, logo and contact information.
