Places like Walmart and Kmart or Sears also sell these during the season. Winter time is not a good time to find them unless you catch them going out of season and get a great end of the season sale. This would be ideal especially if you live in a northern town where winters are extremely cold. This would allow you to get a really good looking high quality tilt patio umbrella and table for huge discounts.
