Chicken Pasta Salad

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 3 cups Tri-colored pasta
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoon dill weed
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 red cabbage, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Boil chicken and then cut into cubes, set aside. Cook pasta according to the labelís instruction. Mix mayonnaise and yogurt in a large mixing bowl thoroughly. Then add all the other remaining ingredients into the mixing bowl along with the chicken. Do not mix it too dry, you can add yogurt and mayonnaise if your salad is too dry. CHICKEN PASTA

Ingredients

  • 1 whole chicken
  • 1 bar butter
  • 2 ounce oregano
  • 1 large onion
  • 1/2 cup garlic salt
  • 1 kilo pasta
  • 1 can tomato puree
  • 2 cans tomato sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 cups mushrooms
  • 1 small can tomato paste
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 cup chicken broth

Directions:

Simmer tomato sauce, puree and brown sugar, and then add salt, pepper, chopped onions and garlic salt.

Boil whole chicken until tender or until the chicken meat fall-off the bones, and then pull all the bones off the chicken and cut into large chunks. Melt butter over medium heat, and then brown the chicken. Let the chicken simmer for a few minutes before adding the broth, garlic salt, oregano and pepper. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook for approximately 10 minutes, and then add the tomato and puree sauce. Bake for at least 45 minutes in oven at 300 degrees. Pour over your favorite pasta.
