This doesn’t have to be overly rigged. It can be as simple as not eating fried food or refusing to gorge, just stand by your plan with commitment.

Anyone who has achieved any kind of greatness will quickly acknowledge the important roll that persistence played in their success. Great people are not great due to luck alone.
