Detractors claim many HCG diet dangers. They say shots are made from the urine of pregnant females. Also that a person on this diet will be hungry and have difficult operating on a limited amount of calories. The FDA has not given approval to this diet but has approved the technique to treat infertility. No clinical examples exist that show HCG as being able to get rid of appetite or make a person lose weight. People taking this hormone sometimes have issues with side effects like blood clots, moodiness, and headaches. Hands and feet can undergo swelling as well.
It is difficult to go against our natural drive to eat, especially when surrounded by many tasty foods. Subduing appetites with unnatural means often does not turn out well.
