Best Straight Talk Phones for Sale

The first thing that attracts a lot of people to Straight Talk Wireless is the Unlimited plan.  With this plan, you get to use unlimited talk time, unlimited web browsing, unlimited text messages, unlimited 411, and unlimited email.  Clearly, it seems a little too good to be true.  It’s not a perfect prepaid plan, but at a price of $45, which is five bucks less than its main competitor’s similar plan (the Boost Mobile Monthly plan), it is a pretty good deal for heavy cell phone users, which is most of use these days.

Right now, on the official website for the company, there are some very good Straight Talk phones for sale.  First, let’s start with the two phones being offered for free right now.  The LG 220C and the LG 290c phones are both available for no charge with one month of payment for either of the two Straight Talk prepaid plans.  This is a good deal–since free is about as good as it gets in terms of pricing–but you might want to take a closer look at the phones.  Aside from the fact that they’re refurbished phones, these two LG handsets are not exactly breaking any sales records.  They’re just not that high quality, but if you don’t need a high quality phone, now you know you can get a couple of Straight Talk phones for the cost of one month of service.

The Samsung r451c is on sale currently at the website and is one of the better deals available from Straight Talk.  It is a slider phone with a lot to offer.  If the unlimited plan is what you need, this is a good phone on which to use it.  Since it slides open to reveal a full keyboard, you will have no problem sending text messages.  The screen is not the best cell phone screen out there, but it will do its job for minor web browsing.  Two other Straight Talk phones on sale are the LG 420G and LG 620G at a price of about $50, but you know my feelings on the LG phones from this company.  Have a look at the deals and see what you like.  If one of these phones fits, it could be a good option for you.  If you don’t like anything that this company offers, some other prepaid companies to look at are TracFone, Net10, and Virgin Mobile, which has a very competitive unlimited prepaid plan out right now.
